CHARACTERISTICS: taste of fresh fruit with typically sweet nuances, very delicate on the palate with a light, spicy aftertaste in the mouth and a fresh, intense aroma.
RECOMMENDED USE: excellent with cooked fish, white meat, sweet and savoury pies, vegetables with a sweetish taste, fresh cheeses. Suitable for complex dishes, especially cheese-based, where the richness of the flavours is enhanced.
